Job Summary
Implement and coordinate the District's special education programs while providing administrative leadership for the IEP process. Supervise special education staff and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with educators, families, and service providers to support students with disabilities and promote effective, high-quality special education services. This role requires a Master's degree in educational leadership, a valid California Administrative Services Credential, and three years of experience serving students with disabilities. The position is full-time during the 2026-27 school year, with a salary range of $133,856 to $152,797 based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Evidence of at least three (3) years of successful experience in the service of students with disabilities, preferably in a middle school or high school setting
- Master's degree in educational leadership or related to the job field
- Possession of a valid California Administrative Services Credential or a valid California Administrative Services Certificate of Eligibility
- Possession of one of the following valid California Credentials: Education Specialist Instruction, Speech-Language Pathology Services, or Pupil Personnel Services in School Psychology
