Job Summary
Create standards-aligned curriculum and deliver academically rigorous, culturally relevant lesson plans for kindergarten through second grade. Differentiate instruction as needed while communicating effectively with scholars, families, and staff. Implement school-wide systems and procedures to foster an inclusive environment that supports students with various abilities. Analyze instructional and culture data to improve teaching practice and strengthen student outcomes. Participate in daily homeroom, lunch duty, dismissal, and hallway responsibilities alongside weekly content and grade team meetings.
