Job Summary
Conduct two-day induction and collaborate with project teams, internal experts, and clients to understand business functions, IT architecture, and fraud risks. Review client controls and processes around financial information and information systems to help develop solutions for improving governance, risk management, and sustainability. Balance time between Digital Assurance and Audit teams to support clients facing challenges while building core skills through training and mentorship. Work alongside diverse stakeholders to communicate findings and explore emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Currently completing either a bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting or Finance, or a bachelor's degree in fields including, but not limited to IT, Data Science, Commerce/Business, Science, Economics, Finance or Statistics
- The legal right to live and work in Aotearoa
- An analytical, detail-orientated and open mind, with a natural curiosity to get involved with and explore new and upcoming technologies
- An adaptable and resilient attitude – you understand what it's like to overcome obstacles through tenacity and hard work
- You are able to work as a member of a team and communicate findings with stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Part-time positions or internships in accounting/finance, IT, business analytics, law, customer service, retail and hospitality are beneficial
