Plan and implement a comprehensive instructional program for students, establishing and evaluating curriculum objectives, creating a conducive classroom environment, guiding student learning toward clear objectives, employing suitable instructional methods and materials, assessing student progress, diagnosing learning strengths/weaknesses, counseling with colleagues/parents, coordinating with support personnel, and using technology to enhance teaching; ensure compliance with relevant laws and district policies, maintain records, perform Medicaid administrative claims activities as directed, and participate in school improvement initiatives while adhering to the Code of Ethics of the Education Profession in Florida.
