2026-2027 In-School Suspension Supervisor- Jarrett Middle School

In-School Suspension Supervisor oversees ISS students, provides supervision and facilitation of instructional activities, develops and delivers lessons within established guidelines, collaborates with teachers and staff, tracks student progress, maintains records, ensures a safe learning environment, and responds to health and safety issues. Requires collaboration with instructional staff, ability to reinforce learning concepts, and supporting student academic goals; preferred Bachelor’s Degree and Missouri Substitute Teaching Certificate. Responsibilities include supervising disciplined students, gathering and communicating student work, assisting with assignments, implementing interventions under supervision, and maintaining documentation. Knowledge and skills include basic math, grammar, data management, confidentiality, teamwork, and adaptability to changing priorities.
