Job Summary
Teach academically rigorous, standards-aligned high school math using Carnegie Learning curriculum; develop and implement lesson plans, assignments, homework, and tests; differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs; communicate effectively with students, families, and staff; participate in school-wide systems and duties (lunch/ dismissal, hallway duties, daily homeroom, advisory groups, content/grade team meetings, professional development, office hours); promote equity by eradicating barriers related to racism and poverty; use data to inform instructional improvements and student outcomes; collaborate with teams to foster a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment; start August 2026; qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and NYS teaching certification, with a Master’s degree strongly preferred; strong commitment to anti-racism and culturally responsive teaching.
Required Qualifications
