Job Summary

Conduct hands-on projects supporting operational excellence, environmental stewardship, and workforce health and safety across diverse operating locations. Advise on environmental and safety regulatory requirements, develop procedures and guidelines, and compile emissions estimates or exposure assessments. Perform site inspections, audits, and remediation assessments while designing training courses and evaluating control technologies. Work on meaningful initiatives involving industrial hygiene, safety science, or environmental engineering to contribute to the future of energy. Top performers may receive full-time offers or enter the Horizons Program with mentorship and potential rotations.

Required Qualifications

  • two years of experience or less
  • pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree
  • degree in Industrial Health and Safety
  • degree in Industrial Hygiene
  • degree in Public Health
  • degree in Occupational Safety and Health
  • degree in Environmental Engineering
  • degree in Chemical Engineering with an environmental emphasis
  • degree in Civil Engineering with an environmental emphasis (master's or PhD)
  • degree in Environmental Sciences (PhD)
  • degree in Safety Science
  • degree in Geology/Hydrogeology (master's or PhD preferred)
  • desire and ability to work in both domestic and international locations
  • Ability to demonstrate The Chevron Way
