Job Summary
Conduct daily practices and matches for the JV boys' soccer team while adhering to OSAA rules and district guidelines. Manage team operations within the school district budget and coordinate with parents and booster clubs. Maintain ASEP and First Aid certification, and demonstrate cultural competency and respect for diversity. Ensure availability for all scheduled activities and obtain District Van certification as required. Fundraise to support team needs and foster an inclusive environment for high school students.
Required Qualifications
- Coaching experience
- Soccer knowledge and playing experience
- Ability to work with high school students
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work within school district guidelines and budget
- ASEP and First Aid Certified
- Availability for daily practices and matches
- Ability to be District Van Certified
- Ability and commitment to practice cultural competency and demonstrate respect for diversity
Desired Qualifications
- Soccer coaching experience
