Job Summary
Provide phone coverage and walk-in support for Wellness Center members and guests, resolving issues courteously while enforcing building policies. Monitor fitness floors, pools, and equipment rooms to ensure safety, and assist members with gym equipment or special event setups. Operate facility management software, maintain clean areas, and report facility problems or incidents of injury or theft to the supervisor. Execute emergency procedures as needed and attend scheduled staff meetings. Work 10 hours weekly including early mornings, nights, weekends, and occasional breaks, with a requirement for CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of current certification of American Red Cross CPR, AED Essentials, and Standard First Aid
- Willingness to be certified in American Red Cross CPR, AED Essentials, and Standard First Aid prior to working
- Full time undergraduate student status
- Eligibility for student employment
