2026-2027 EC Science Teacher

Develop and implement instructional plans compatible with system-wide curricular goals and Individual Education Programs. Provide direct special education instruction using varied teaching methods while adapting materials to meet student needs. Monitor student behavior, deescalate inappropriate actions, and teach behavioral strategies in accordance with IEP and BIP goals. Assist students with personal self-help tasks and facilitate Functional Behavior Assessments. Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with community caregivers to ensure student progress. Maintain accurate student records and comply with state and federal statutes.
