Job Summary
Perform a variety of cleaning duties and minor repairs, including cleaning rooms and common areas, lawn care, light painting, graffiti removal, window washing, and basic maintenance of cleaning equipment; maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, restrooms, and other areas, dispose of waste, and follow safety procedures while using district-provided chemicals and materials. Maintain organization, respond to customer needs, and report damages requiring more extensive repairs, with proficiency in equipment operation and basic electronic, carpentry, and plumbing tasks as applicable.
