Job Summary
Custodian responsible for cleaning, minor repairs, lawn care, and routine cleaning procedures across campus facilities. Duties include cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, offices, and other areas; sweeping, mopping, waxing and stripping floors; vacuuming and carpet care; dusting and polishing furniture; waste disposal and recycling; cleaning vents and ducts in kitchen areas; basic maintenance and small repairs to cleaning equipment; reporting damages; and adhering to safety regulations. Requires knowledge of general policies, privacy/regulations related to student and employee information, and familiarity with industry-standard equipment and cleaning chemicals; strong communication and organizational skills.
