Job Summary
Custodian role performing cleaning, minor repairs, and lawn care across school facilities. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms and common areas, waxing and stripping floors, vacuuming, dusting, waste disposal, cleaning vents and equipment, basic maintenance and small repairs, and assisting with outdoor upkeep. Requires knowledge of cleaning practices, safe handling of chemicals, and ability to operate district computer applications. Strong communication, organizational, and customer-service skills are essential. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of related experience preferred.
