2026-2027 Coach (Cross Country)

Develop and implement a rigorous, high-quality cross country athletic program while traveling to supervise team games, performances, and practices. Ensure the safety of all students during these events and initiate open communication with family and community members. Embody and model Ednovate's values and mission as a mission-driven professional passionate about increasing college attainment for historically under-represented students. This role supports Ednovate's trajectory of expanding from eight to eleven tuition-free, safe, high-performing public schools in Southern California. Candidates must demonstrate success as a coach and hold a high school diploma, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
