Job Summary
Prepare food portions, serve students and staff from the cafeteria counter, and remove used dishes for cleaning of counters, tables, and furnishings in the dining area and kitchen. Maintain the trash and garbage collection area in a neat and sanitary fashion while assisting in the cleaning of the kitchen. Perform related duties at special meal functions and assume other responsibilities as requested by supervisors. Serve students attractive and nutritious meals in an atmosphere of efficiency, cleanliness, and friendliness.
Required Qualifications
- Capable of lifting heavy boxes, sweeping, and mopping
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift 10 pounds
