Job Summary
Lead the Hermiston High School fast pitch softball program by demonstrating current knowledge of softball fundamentals and rules while planning effectively and communicating with youth and community partners. Guide the team through all phases of the educational program, from youth through high school, utilizing a positive attitude and caring approach to foster excellence. Maintain a professional growth mindset and work collaboratively with the athletic director and support staff to develop the program. This role includes a stipend of $5,339 to $11,441 based on verified experience.
Required Qualifications
- Successful head/assistant softball coaching experience
- Current working knowledge of the fundamentals and rules of softball
