Job Summary
Draft and finalize ARD meeting documents including PLAAFPs, goals/objectives, accommodations/modifications, and service pages; ensure paperwork aligns with IDEA and state regulations; collaborate with teachers and service providers to gather accurate data for each student’s IEP; attend ARD meetings (virtually or in person) to support documentation and compliance; maintain confidential student records; enter/update IEP information in district databases (eSped, SEIS, Frontline); monitor timelines to ensure ARDs are conducted within legal timeframes; translate technical educational language for parents; support case managers and admins in preparing for ARD meetings; participate in professional development to stay current with legal requirements and best practices in special education documentation; communicate with and engage parents/families to support student learning and habits of success; expand personal leadership skills; participate in professional learning communities and function well as part of a team; perform other duties as assigned. Health, dental, and vision benefits provided for $75 per month.
