Job Summary
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and interest in coaching areas such as dance, speech and debate, robotics, cheer sideline, and other club sports or activities. Work collaboratively with middle school and high school students across District sites while utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills. Maintain reliable transportation and consistent means of communication for all interactions. Be prepared to lift, push, pull, or carry supplies and classroom furniture weighing up to 40 lbs, and to bend, twist, reach, stand, and sit for extended periods. This role supports student engagement in specialized extracurricular programs within the District.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and interest in the coaching area.
- Can work collaboratively in a school environment with students and teachers.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with students and teachers.
- Have reliable and consistent means of communication and transportation.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry supplies and classroom furniture weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to bend, twist, reach, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of time.
