Job Summary
Provide students with engaging learning activities and experiences designed to help them fulfill their potential. Develop and implement lesson plans aligned to district curriculum; differentiate instruction for diverse learners; assess student growth through ongoing formal and informal methods; maintain classroom management and communicate with parents and staff; integrate technology; participate in professional development; sponsor extracurricular activities as assigned; ensure compliance with ethics standards and district policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsement for subject and level assigned, or approved alternative certification program
- Must hold ESL certification or obtain ESL Certification by February of the school year in which you are hired.
