Job Summary
Lead cloud infrastructure strategy and operations for AMS clients, defining OCI and AWS environments while managing budgets, SLAs, and vendor relationships. Own end-to-end service delivery, including capacity management, disaster recovery, and major incident resolution, alongside security-by-design implementation and compliance audits. Direct a team of engineers and consultants, driving cost optimization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement across geographically distributed engagements. Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and executive stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT infrastructure experience
- 5+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure teams and operations
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments
- Experience supporting enterprise AMS managed services engagements
- Demonstrated success in cloud governance, budgeting, and stakeholder management
- Experience working on SOC2 audits and remediation
- Knowledge of hosting best practices and working in a CMM, ISO certified environments
- Experience working on RFPs
- Experience working closely with the CISO, understand the functions and pay more focus on the Security posture of hosted environments
