Conduct Level 3 functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite Financials applications within the NATO Business Applications Centre, managing incidents, resolving problems, and providing 2nd and 3rd line assistance to users across finance, acquisition, and travel processes. Log and track support tickets using the helpdesk system, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution within agreed service levels. Contribute to gathering, analyzing, and designing new requirements while developing and reviewing technical documentation and system specifications. Execute sprint-based work cycles involving backlog reviews, user acceptance testing, and progress reporting via daily touchpoints and weekly meetings. Escalate complex issues to vendor support as needed and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions. Provide user training on best practices and participate in relevant conferences to maintain expertise in Oracle EBS Financials 12.2.X.
