Job Summary
Deliver individualized hospice and palliative care focusing on comfort, quality of life, and symptom management for residents and families. Execute care planning, perform assessments, and manage pain alongside psychosocial support as part of an interprofessional collaborative team. Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule within a hospice residence setting, reporting to the Director of Resident Care. Maintain current BCLS certification and complete established palliative care courses such as Core, Advanced Fundamentals, LEAP, or CAPCE. Demonstrate expertise in pain and symptom management through one to two years of recent palliative care experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current registered member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BCLS certification
- Two Step TB test
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- One-two (1-2) years of recent palliative care experience

Desired Qualifications
