Job Summary
Senior Project Manager role based in Bengaluru, India, focused on leading agile software delivery across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include defining project scope and objectives, developing detailed project plans, managing changes to scope/schedule, measuring performance, risk management, and executive reporting. The position requires coordinating internal resources and stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery within scope, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with client personnel, partners, and third-party vendors. Experience with leading project management software/tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence) and a track record of delivering value in technology solutions is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field or equivalent
- 10+ years of senior project management experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering business value to customers using technology solutions
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an implementation plan
- Experience with Cloud and on-premise application implementations and a good understanding of integrations, cloud deployments, product upgrades in a SaaS environment a plus
