Job Summary
Drive a company-provided luxury EV in Dallas, picking up the vehicle daily to deliver rides for passengers while earning hourly pay starting at $12.00. Assist customers with luggage by entering and exiting the vehicle consistently, and communicate verbally with the dispatch team while navigating using apps like Google Maps. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, and remain seated for extended periods throughout the shift. Pass a pre-employment background check and saliva drug screen, complete the Driver Training Program to become certified, and maintain a clean driving record with no suspensions in the past three years. As a W-2 employee, you receive weekly or on-demand pay, basic healthcare coverage, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- 25 years of age or older
- Valid U.S. Driver's License (minimum of 3 years driving experience)
- Pass a pre-employment background check and saliva drug screen
- Clean driving record
- No drivers license suspensions within the past 3 years
- Fluent in English
- Successfully pass the Driver Training Program to become a certified Alto Driver
- Ability to communicate verbally and listen to directions from our dispatch team
- Tech Savvy with Navigational apps (I.e Google Maps, Emails, Web Browsing)
- Ability to enter and exit the vehicle consistently to assist customers with their luggage
- Ability to lift and carry or otherwise move 50 pounds regularly/occasionally
- Ability to sit for extended periods without being able to leave the work area
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (E-Verify)
