Job Summary
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to students, collaborating with teachers to support high-impact language interventions and IEP development. The candidate must possess a Master's degree, ASHA Certification, a NY license, and have two years of experience working with children. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited school
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
- Current NY license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Two years of related experience, preferably with elementary/middle school aged children
- Excellent time management skills, flexibility, and ability to work independently and problem solve
- Effective communication skills and an ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
- Commitment to meeting the needs of a diverse student population
