Required Qualifications

- Prior experience as a Patient Care Assistant at Capital Area Pediatrics is required
- Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced patient care environment
- Adherence to Capital Area Pediatrics immunization and testing requirements
- Ability to pass a required background screening
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in both oral and written form
- Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Additional Requirements
- This application is open only to those who have previously worked at Capital Area Pediatrics
- A maximum of two Patient Care Assistants will be selected per shift at each location
