Job Summary
System Administrator II responsible for leading server and storage infrastructure design, implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting across Windows and Linux environments. Oversees server and storage configuration, patching, security, backups/disaster recovery, performance optimization, scripting/automation (PowerShell), vendor coordination, and project support. Acts as liaison for customer requests, contributes to IT projects involving Windows/Linux Server/Storage environments, and ensures compliance with security standards. Required skills include Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file/print services, software deployment, and ITSM-based ticket handling; certifications in Windows Server and VMware vSphere/vSAN are preferred. Bachelor’s degree in information technology is preferred; minimum 5 years’ primary administration experience and 2 years with VMware vSphere/vSAN are expected. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are emphasized, with bilingual Korean & English a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology preferred
- At least 5 years of experience as the primary administrator for Windows and/or Linux Server
- At least 2 years of experience as the primary administrator for VMware vSphere preferably with vSAN
- Microsoft Certification for Windows Server preferred
- VMware Certification for vSphere/vSAN preferred
