Job Summary
Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for complex B2B SaaS features, net-new product definitions, and AI-assisted workflows. Build and maintain scalable Figma component libraries while adhering to CMS technical constraints, ensuring WCAG and ADA accessibility compliance across all deliverables. Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Researchers, and Engineers to validate concepts using data, align on milestones, and perform post-build design QA. Leverage AI tools like Cursor and Figma AI to accelerate exploration and component generation. This role supports Inallmedia.com's global distributed teams in LATAM, focusing on enterprise digital platforms and responsive web experiences with Central Time alignment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional product/UX design experience
- at least 2+ years specifically focused on building or maintaining a design system/component library
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
