Job Summary
Execute end-to-end UX/UI product design for partner integration experiences, building high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and applying modern AI-assisted design tools to streamline workflows. Validate hypotheses through structured usability and A/B testing while extending the enterprise design system to ensure consistency across complex technical interfaces. Bridge functional depth with exceptional usability by designing partner-facing processes that connect APIs, developer portals, and business relationships. Collaborate with EST/CST-aligned teams in a fully remote environment, articulating design decisions across technical and product stakeholders. This role supports Inallmedia's mission to deliver impactful digital solutions for a global hiring and recruitment marketplace platform.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional Product UX Design experience as a Senior IC (Individual Contributor)
- Must be a hands-on builder rather than a pure strategy or managerial lead
- Mastery of Figma
- hands-on experience utilizing modern AI-assisted design, prototyping, or coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent)
- Proven track record of working within an established design system
- running structured usability tests
- conducting A/B testing experiments
- A professional portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design case studies and complex workflow solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions across technical and product stakeholders in an Agile, fully remote environment
- Flexibility to overlap throughout North America business hours
- All interviews, documentation, and daily communication will be in English
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience designing for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, HR technology, or developer/API-facing products
- Experience designing user flows for complex, two-sided marketplace platforms (e.g., job seeker / employer ecosystems)
- Practical experience applying WCAG 2.2 standards and inclusive design principles to enterprise web applications
