20109 - Retail Loss Prevention Lead

Loss Prevention Lead responsible for mitigating losses by deterring external theft and executing operational programs. Role includes monitoring store compliance with safety and MES policies, detecting suspicious activity, producing detailed incident reports in LPMS, coordinating with local authorities when needed, and training teammates through Shrink Coach programs. Must be able to walk the store and backroom areas and de-escalate confrontations; will support store-wide safety and loss-prevention initiatives and assist in investigations as required. Targeted pay ranges from $18.00 to $26.00 hourly, with actual rate based on location and experience, plus benefits.
