Job Summary
Emergency Medicine PA opportunity in Lawton, OK with an independent, physician-owned group. Full-time position in a high-volume ED (55,000 annual visits) with Level III trauma center, 44 hours of physician coverage daily and 24 hours APP coverage. Competitive compensation (> $200K/year) with RVU bonuses, malpractice coverage, and company-provided apartment for FT providers. Collaborative environment with residents and experienced EPs, offering predictable scheduling, academic exposure, and long-term stability. Responsibilities include full-scope emergency medicine practice in a modern ED, working alongside emergency physicians and residents, and participating in a team-based, fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- Emergency Medicine experience preferred
- Eligible for or currently licensed in Oklahoma
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-based emergency department
