Job Summary
Executive IT leader responsible for strategic and operational technology across Hyundai/Kia manufacturing, driving vision, architecture, and execution of advanced MES technologies, with oversight of hybrid cloud infrastructure, SAP platforms, and custom application development to enable scalable, efficient manufacturing operations. Lead technology strategy and road mapping, engage customers to translate challenges into technology solutions, oversee SAP module integration and optimization, drive cross-functional program execution, and mentor a high-performing team while aligning security, risk, and enterprise standards with CA and Global HQ. Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to foster innovation, continuous improvement, and reliable business execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of work experience including 7+ years in management
- extensive SAP consulting and project management experience
- 5+ years leading and developing technical teams supporting manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in SAP modules (preferred knowledge in supply chain, finance, and cost management)
- Strong foundation in leading ERP initiatives and delivering strategic business
- Certified SAP module consultant (preferred)
- MES system experience with Siemens or Dassault Systems
- Cyber security certifications: CISSP or Security+ (preferred)
