20-Bed ED in a Level II Trauma Center and Regional Referral Center

Emergency Medicine physician needed at UP Health System - Marquette in a 20-bed ED within a Level II trauma center. Board-Certified or Board-Eligible candidates will join a hospital-employed group of 9 physicians and 3 PAs, with 8- and 12-hour shifts, 12-15 shifts per month, teaching affiliation with Michigan State University, and access to Cerner EMR, radiology support (US, CT, MRI), CME allowances, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, PTO and retirement plan, student loan repayment, and malpractice coverage. The role emphasizes patient care in a high-performing team, with opportunities for additional shifts at rural critical access hospitals within the system and a focus on collaborative, community-oriented medicine in Marquette, MI.
