Job Summary
Emergency Medicine physician sought for a hospital-employed role in a 20-bed ED within a level II trauma center at UP Health System - Marquette. Board-Certified or Board-Eligible candidates will join a high-performing team with 8-hr and 12-hr shifts, 12-15 shifts/month, and teaching affiliation with Michigan State University. Responsibilities include delivering acute care in a busy ED, collaborating with PAs and medical students/residents, and leveraging available radiographic support (US/CT/MRI) and Cerner EMR. Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine physician
- Hospital-employed practice
- ED 20-bed level II trauma center experience
- Shifts available (8-hr & 12-hr)
- Teaching affiliation with Michigan State University
- Ability to handle high-volume ED with PAs and students
- Access to EMS/trauma resources
