Job Summary
Emergency Medicine physician sought for a hospital-employed role in a 20-bed ED within a Level II trauma center and regional referral center. The position offers 8- and 12-hour shifts with 12–15 shifts per month and potential to take additional shifts at rural CAHs within the Lifepoint network. Teaching affiliation with Michigan State University, student and resident teaching opportunities, and access to comprehensive imaging, radiographic support, and EMR systems (Cerner). Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine physician
- MD or DO
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Medical licensure in good standing
- Eligibility for medical staff privileging at UP Health System - Marquette
- Teaching affiliation with Michigan State University or equivalent
- Ability to obtain medical staff privileges
- USMLE/COMLEX completion or equivalent
