Store Assistant Manager to assist the store manager in supervisory decisions per Town Pump standards, manage pricing, inventory, merchandising, store appearance and cleanliness, product dating and promotions, invoicing, and cigarette-store maintenance; serve as acting store manager during the manager’s absence; assist with employee scheduling, paperwork (books and cashier duties), and personnel issues; oversee displays, signage, and vendor control; supervise staff training and onboarding; ensure customer service excellence and adherence to safety and store policies; duties include opening/closing tasks, till handling, and basic administrative work.
