Job Summary
Provide person-centered in-home care for clients across Maryland, DC, and Florida, assisting with mobility, transfers, bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation while following established protocols. Document daily care activities in the patient care portal and maintain reliable weekly availability with willingness to travel throughout service areas. Maintain a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance. Requires HHA or CNA certification, CPR/First Aid, passing background check, TB/PPD test, and legal work authorization. Same-day pay access via Tapcheck, paid mileage, and team meetings included. Opportunity to transition to W-2 status upon review.
Required Qualifications
- Valid HHA or CNA certification, or willingness to complete HHA certification course
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Passing background check
- TB/PPD test required prior to employment
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current vehicle insurance
- High school diploma or GED
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting, assisting with mobility, and walking for extended periods
- Ability to document care and communicate via phone and electronic systems
- Maintain reliable weekly availability
- Willingness to travel throughout service areas
