Job Summary
Role Responsibilities: Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow. Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning. Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that respects each child’s needs. Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s latest adventures and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions. Support the center’s success by partnering with center staff and leadership to reach enrollment and engagement goals. Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
