2 X PCO Fixed Term Contract 12 Months : Pinetown KZN

The Service Technician (PCO) delivers high-quality pest control services in line with SOP and SWP to meet productivity targets and service-excellence goals. Responsibilities include following route/service plans, retaining clients through service quality and identifying growth opportunities, complying with the Rentokil Code of Conduct, using service-tracking tools, documenting post-service details for clients and the office, advising on housekeeping and proofing requirements, ensuring compliance with Act 36 of 1947, maintaining and cleaning equipment and vehicles, carrying an adequate range of pesticides compliant with the APL, applying pesticides per label instructions, maintaining stock control, protecting company vehicle and image, and meeting Health & Safety requirements. Qualifications and experience required include Matric/Grade 12, prior pest control experience, full NCPC or PMA/PCSIB qualification, registration with the Department of Agriculture (P-Number), H&S and HACCP knowledge, working at heights experience, and fumigation experience (advantageous). The role is fixed-term contract for 12 months located in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
