Job Summary
Provide academic interventions to all students both individually and collectively, utilizing the early warning system to determine individual needs. Assist students in meeting CCR targets and benchmarks through tutoring in math and/or English, while reviewing data to assess intervention impact and plan next steps. Connect with teachers and families to ensure students receive appropriate support and foster a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth. This role reports to the principal and is evaluated per the district plan. Candidates must hold Rank II with three years of experience in Kentucky schools, including low-income youth work and math or English/LA certification.
Required Qualifications
- Rank II
- three (3) years' experience working in Kentucky schools
- experience working with low-income youth
- certified with middle school or high school math or English/Language Arts experience
