2 Facility Planner (Naples, Italy)

Facility Planner needed to support U.S. Navy facilities and infrastructure projects based at the Government facilities onboard NSA Naples, Italy. Develop and maintain facility planning documents, master plans, and project packages while coordinating with stakeholders to support infrastructure planning, project development, and long-term facilities management. Prepare regional and installation planning studies and related planning documents (RIPs, RSIPs, IDPs, Master Plans, CIP, Land Use Plans, ATFP Plans), and develop BFRs, FPDs, and asset evaluation records (including updates in iNFADS). Produce MILCON and SRM project packages (DD Form 1391, project scope, cost estimates, economic analyses, site plans), coordinate with environmental, engineering, and Navy stakeholders on project development, permitting, and design reviews, and support data calls, budgeting, project reviews, and congressional inquiries. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Community Planning, or related discipline, at least 7 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, knowledge of Navy SFPS and Navy e-systems (iNFADS, PAX, ieFACMAN), and a valid US driver’s license.
