Job Summary
Planate Management Group is seeking experienced Construction Managers to provide full-time, on-site oversight for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades at Bay Pines VAMC. Responsibilities include coordinating submittals and RFIs, reviewing submittals for VA standards and codes, tracking schedules and milestones, validating as-built drawings through field verification, identifying and addressing defects, and delivering observation reports, modification narratives, sketches, and drawings. Quietly emphasizes healthcare-infrastructure experience, hospital IT/low-voltage familiarity, and compliance with VA/industry standards. Requires a four-year degree in a related field and at least 3 years of construction management experience, with OSHA 30 certification within the last five years. Required Qualifications
