Serve as a positive role model while overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring compassionate patient care and accurate medical records. Track performance appraisals, address attendance concerns, and support recruiting efforts including interviews and onboarding. Collaborate with leadership to review protocols, deliver training programs, and gather real-time feedback to drive process improvements. Maintain accurate employee documentation and monitor departmental KPIs to achieve organizational goals in this expanded, state-of-the-art facility.
