Job Summary

Manage staff schedules, coach team members, and delegate responsibilities across Medical & Radiation Oncology, Diagnostic Imaging, and Exam Assessment departments. Serve as a positive role model while overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring compassionate patient care and accurate medical records. Track performance appraisals, address attendance concerns, and support recruiting efforts including interviews and onboarding. Collaborate with leadership to review protocols, deliver training programs, and gather real-time feedback to drive process improvements. Maintain accurate employee documentation and monitor departmental KPIs to achieve organizational goals in this expanded, state-of-the-art facility.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) in animal technology
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Current technical certification (RVT, CVT, LVT, CVA)
  • At least 5 years of experience working in veterinary clinical role
  • At least 2 years of full-time work experience in a leadership role (lead, supervisor, manager)
  • Fluent English skills (speaking & reading)

Desired Qualifications

  • Fluency in multiple languages
  • Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
