2.0 Eighth Grade Team Leaders, Bridgeport Middle

Lead a professional learning team at Bridgeport Middle School as a Middle School Team Leader. Serve as liaison between the principal and the professional learning team, handling instructional, guidance, supervisory, and administrative responsibilities. Facilitate team meetings, analyze student learning data, coordinate grade-level thematic units and school-wide initiatives (e.g., SWPBIS, DEAR, RSP, PBIS, SLT, SAT/504, Safety, LSIC, Technology), chair meetings with students, parents, and community members, and mentor new staff. Responsible for timely documentation, effective communication with families, and supporting the school’s strategic plan in alignment with the superintendent and principal. Requires a valid West Virginia teaching certificate for Middle School.
