1st Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise daily receiving, unloading, inspection, and put-away operations while ensuring inbound shipments are received accurately, timely, and properly documented. Operate and oversee VNA equipment for put/pull operations, manage production and material requests, and lead team training with documented corrective actions. Monitor performance, approve payroll, maintain inventory integrity using Microsoft Dynamics 365, and coordinate dock schedules to maximize inbound efficiency. Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and create daily shift reports. Maintain OSHA safety compliance and partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless product flow.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience in distribution operations
- Strong knowledge of fulfillment operations (pick/pack/ship workflows)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven experience handling employee performance management and corrective actions
- Experience with timekeeping/payroll systems and approvals
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar WMS preferred
