Job Summary
Lead warehouse team members in overseeing packing, shipping, and receiving functions for finished goods and raw materials. Effectively manage orders while ensuring accuracy of shipments, supporting documentation, and inventory transactions through cycle counts and reconciliation. Receive and route incoming materials, approve time and attendance, and attend daily meetings to establish priorities. Train new associates on business practices, address team concerns, and research errors to determine root causes and retrain staff. Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures while maintaining effective relations across shifts to maximize operational success.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years leadership experience
- Experience managing a team of 10+ associates
- Ability to read, understand and complete controlled documents
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership: positive attitude with ability to motivate a team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with PC & MS. (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
- Forklift experience
- Ability to come in on short notice
- Ability to work weekends
