Job Summary
1st Shift Warehouse Supervisor responsible for leading inventory integrity initiatives within a Microsoft Dynamics AX environment. Combines hands-on warehouse work (50% in cooler/freezer) with desk-based inventory research (50%), monitors inbound/outbound product, identifies data integrity gaps, coordinates with Finance/Purchasing/Production/Fulfillment to correct processes, analyzes facility inventory, ensures FEFO/FIFO processes, and oversees staffing, hiring, and performance of the shift. Requires experience in warehouse/inventory management systems, forklift certification (if needed), strong cross-functional communication, data-driven decision making, and proficiency with Microsoft Office to develop clear reports and spreadsheets.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3+ years of warehouse/inventory experience
- 1 year of previous warehouse/inventory supervisory experience
- Previous experience with warehouse/inventory management systems
- Ability to obtain forklift certification (if not currently active)
- Must be able to effectively communicate cross-functionally in a collaborative manner
- Must be able to influence others using data and experience, all while respecting and supporting the priorities and objectives of other functions
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office products and able to develop clear and concise spreadsheets, documents, and reports
