Job Summary
Supervise warehouse operations and the warehouse team to meet company and customer standards for service, quality, safety, and productivity. Lead training and performance feedback, assign duties, manage incoming/outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain inventory. Plan production schedules and allocate resources to complete tasks, while tracking production records and reporting activities to plant personnel. Ensure coordination of reports related to sales, record control, and purchasing to maintain product availability. Work with machinery and material-handling equipment, resolve employee issues, and perform assigned projects as directed.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience
- Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Strong conflict management skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
- Must be able to work in varying temperatures and conditions
- Attention to safety and quality standards
