1st Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order picking/packing, staging, and shipping to ensure accuracy, on-time delivery, and cost objectives. Lead and supervise warehouse personnel, develop staffing plans, conduct daily shift meetings, and drive safety initiatives in alignment with OSHA and internal policies. Manage product location systems, optimize storage, and utilize WMS and SAP to ensure accurate transactions while maintaining inventory accuracy. Partner with customer representatives to ensure high levels of service, analyze performance data, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. Requires strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and communication skills; willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or technical degree required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP experience preferred
- Fluent in English
