Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations, scheduling staff to ensure efficient shift coverage and productivity. Monitor team performance against key performance indicators, coach employees on career growth, and conduct evaluations to recommend recognition or merit increases. Collaborate with management to improve processes and equipment while addressing attendance, performance, and disciplinary issues professionally. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies, and provide new employee orientation with necessary training. Work directly with customers to resolve operational issues and deliver excellent service. Full-time, exempt role with a Thursday–Saturday schedule; salary is $70,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
